Today in the UK, there is an additional public holiday to celebrate the diamond jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. As a further celebration of the occasion (the jubilee, not the extra day off work), someone thought it a good idea to sculpt a stamp of the Queen’s head out of 60kg of cheddar.
To be honest, I think the idea was bad enough but the execution was worse. The result reminds me of Mr. Bean’s reinterpretation of Whistler’s Mother.
Oh, and the phrase “Her Royal Macheesty?” Awful, just awful.
