My name is Chris and I love cheese.
For years I’ve added it to most meals and regularly have a few slivers as a snack. Then, I resolved myself to broaden my cheese horizons as far as possible and I wanted to share my experiences with the world. The Cheese Cellar is the result of that ambition.
However I am neither an expert on edam nor a parmesan professor. The Cellar is a very light hearted look at not only some new culinary encounters, but also facts, jokes and anything else I deem to be appropriately cheese related, including a diary of my own attempts at homemade goodness.
